The denomination believes in moulding and nurturing a person holistically and this extended ministries in wing to paving ways for catering to the needs of the people helps unzip our dream of holistic ministry. 1. DABA FATHER SCHOOL Fathers occupy a pivotal place in the family and their role cannot be understand. The church's transferral to the ministry of nurturing the fathers led her to take the initiative and eventually, through the Lord's help, succeeded in bringing the Duranno Father School from Korea in 2014. The first school was conducted from 1st -7th october, 2014. The school now runs bt the name DABA Father School. Through this school the denomination makes an struggle to bring the father when to the family life. It focuses on developing him into a godly weft in the family by discharging his Christians duties as a father and husband. The school has been instrumental in transforming the lives of many fathers and husbands. Many spouses and children have testified to this transformed weft in their husbands and fathers. The success of the school has paved the way for our denomination to take this mission to other neighboring churches in and virtually Nagaland too.Since 2016 we have been conducting the school in other local churches on request by the local denomination on a first come first basis. Wati Kichu, Associate Pastor email: kichuti@yahoo.com 2. DABA MEMBER CARE The DABA MemberSuperintendencyMinistry (DABAMCM) is one of the organ of Home Mission of the denomination started in 2015. TheDenominationunderstands this venture as God's mission prescribed to the churches for the holistic growth of the believer. This DABAMCM is designed to compassionately reach out to the denomination members with financial constraints and so we consider and believe this Ministry to be a mission to the poor and downtrodden people in and within the church. In wing to that we moreover make arrangements for rehabilitation and superintendency for the victims of substance vituperate and alcoholism. The Ministry partners with various organisations, entrepreneurial set ups, training institutes and so on to impart various short-term training to the children of DABA. The Ministry is managed by a committee of 5 members headed by an Associate Pastor. The year 2017 has been a fruitful one in that a total of 191 trainees benefited from this ministry. The pursuit are some of the fields of training imparted: 1. Diploma in Computer Application (6 months) 2. Diploma in Computer Hardware (6 months) 3. Diploma in Pre-primary Teacher's Training (6 months) 4. Electrical Wiring Training 5. Carpentry Training 6. Cutting & Tailoring Training 7. Art of Cooking 8. Beauty & Wellness Training 9. ELIM HALL TheDenominationis unchangingly and constantly looking towards human development, Learning and sharing of ideas and so the ELIM HALL with all the modern day facilities and with a sitting topics of 100-120 is made misogynist to Christian institution/organisation for conducting seminars, consultation and workshops with fees at a nominal rate. Congregational Combined Worship The congregation from all the 8 Fellowship and 1 Prayer Cell meet on the first Sunday of every month at the MainDenominationfor the Combined Devotional Worship. Believers are welcome to join us in Worshipping our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Timing: 10:30 AM 5.YearlyRevival Week TheDenominationis single-minded to spiritual nurturing of her congregation/members. So she organises an yearly Revival Week in the month of March. During this week the denomination reaches out to every household so that the members have an opportunity to hear God's word.
